Bonsai Bob collects as little as possible: an email address, and which tree you were interested in.
What we collect
When you join a list we store the email address you enter, which bonsai (if any) you signed up for, and the page you signed up from. We also record basic, anonymous visit statistics so we can see which trees people are most interested in.
Why we collect it
To tell you when Bonsai Bob launches or when a specific tree becomes available, and to understand which trees to stock first. That's all.
What we don't collect
There is no shop, cart or checkout on this site. We never ask for or store payment details, card numbers, or a delivery address.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your email address. We share it only with the service providers that host our site and send our emails, and only so those emails can reach you.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it or until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any of our emails to ask us to delete your details entirely.
Changes
Bonsai Bob is preparing for launch, so this policy will be expanded before we begin selling. We'll update this page when that happens.
